OLD- Nisolo

I bought a pair of earrings that have not held up well at all! They are tarnished and won’t clean. Very dissatisfied with these earrings! The shoes I bought, however - were amazing! Pleased with those. Thank you for asking for feedback!

I followed your size chart when I ordered my shoes the first time (I'm a 7) and they were way too small when they came in. I sent them back to be exchanged and waited (missing out on bringing them on the trip I bought them for), and once again, they're way too small. At this point I don't want to exchange them again, because I'm not confident they'll fit, and I'll probably just give them away. So bummed.

I bought your smoking shoe some time ago and unfortunately it just doesn't work for me. It's very stiff and didn't soften up with wear, which means that I just don't find it comfortable.

Shoes were way off in sizing. I wear a 10, ordered a 9.5 as recommended and they were huge. Told to exchange for 8! But missed exchange deadline. Wasted money, as they are so big no one can wear them! Won't buy again.

I actually unsubscribed from Nisolo so I'm not sure why I got this, but glad I did. This was the worst customer experience ever. I was a very loyal customer, having bought 4 pairs of shoes, and did not get any support when faced with an issue. I felt taking advantage of and I lost all respect for this company.
