You only make shoes for people with narrow feet. It would be great if you could have wider sizes

Great business and customer service. The shoes I bought, Chavito Chukka Boot Steel, were not comfortable to wear. The seam at the back of the shoe digs into the back of my foot so I have stopped wearing it.

Support was nice but both shoes have have purchased are poor fits and were ordered based on staff recommendations. One I will definitely be sending back ( almond flats) and the woven sandal has ripped up my heels within 15 minutes of wearing them so unfortunately I do believe I'd be able to return those.

Free return was good. I was contacted quickly when my return was received. In the absence of having the same shoe in another size, I asked for the same shoe, in another size in another colour. The other colours weren’t on sale. So I was asked to call customer service myself. I am currently travelling and can’t, so I’m not sure that I will get the shoes at all.

I love the shoes....but you sent the wrong size.....which was a mistake but annoying. The box was labeled "size 7" but the shoes were size 36. Question?..Do you have the little trademark on the heel of all Serena sandals-or only on the honey colored ones? The black sandals did not have the cute little trademark.
