The delivery was missing some items I had ordered and included some I had not ordered.

I love your site, but so so so many things are not available. I have had to stop ordering as often from NGS because nothing produce and fruits are very rarely available.

the phone representative was very helpful as well as the online chate help Natasha they both made it a great experience to shop with you.. women rock 😊. however the quality of fruits were disapointing i had to throw all peer as they were most rotten and bananas were veryyy green i have to wait a week to be able to eat them..

Hello, I haven't received my order till today which was done the day before yesterday and I received a phone call that some of the items are not available although it was available on website but the deal was they were gonna send my order the a bit late as the items would be available by the day after. Since then I haven't got any feedback. So pls advise, thx

The eggs were packed with other much heavier items and the box was squashed. Three eggs were broken.
