Products are great, delivery excellent but the availability of times on website very poor. I have ordered items that say the are available but to find out they are not. Plus out of stock on a lot of your items for quite some time now.

The delivery Was on time, some of The product Was good but The 2 pack of clémentine Was spoiled and The baladi chiken dirty.

Dear Messrs, I am very astonished regarding prices, especially that 3 peppers cost 18 pounds. I think all prices are very exaggerated. Apart from that, why are all products not labelled with a date, price and other infos like for example the weight? Lastly, I actually doubt that all products are chemical free. I ordered carrots and among them were maybe two or three carrots that look different in colour than those that we buy elsewhere, but the rest actually does not differ.

First of all, I don't like having to find out when the order will be delivered. It's better that I chose a time online when am making the order. Second I received a confirmation e-mail to choose the time which I did not see right away because nowhere did it say that I will receive an e-mail after making an order. third, order was a bit late, not by much though. But the order was wrong and I had to wait to the next day for it to be changed.

Hi last time i dealt with NGS i had a bad experiance. The website was not updated so they had to call me twice to change the order and cancel most of the things i wanted. Very unprofessional. This was never the case before. Thanks
