In general I am extremely happy and very satisfied with the service, I won’t name names but there are a few that excel. Everyone is so helpful, very pleasant, professional and patient.
Regarding shipping, I have no difficulties but I know that some postcodes have not been used and deliveries have been returned.
There is one issue which disappoints me and that is the untimely notice and lack of supply of L’Amara Radiance Oil. It’s difficult to promote a product when it goes out of production just before Christmas and it doesn’t look good for the company. I was hoping to give L’Amara gift sets to friends for Christmas hoping for business in due course, I hope it will be back in stock very soon.
