Offering free shipping to customers is a good move, and customer service is quite easily the best out there. The crew (I don't want to mention names so I don't leave anyone out), such a great bunch. They go the extra mile for you. They really are a pleasure to work with. One thing I would advise Synergy to work on is the affiliate program to make it more attractive for people to want to participate in it.
