Ordered the oil, received the oil. Had an issue but the gist from customer service was that small orders get the older stuff in batches unlisted. This makes it a guessing game for us small business that find the C of A helpful to the making of product.

Standard delivery for basic soap supplies should not take almost 10 days to arrive. Additionally, long delivery time and delivery cost of $10 does not make New Directions my favorite business to shop for high quality essential oils.
