You changed the formula. Can’t use it. Have to toss it

I contacted New Directions Aromatics about order number U493291 for 1kg of PEG-40. The batch I received is defective, does not dissolve in water properly (I’ve been using the same recipe for 9 years and it has always worked perfectly before). Instead the new PEG-40 came out of solution while we were processing and coated everything, clogging our bottle filling machine and the nozzles in our bottles, ruining thousands of dollars worth of product. I sent the video shown here to NDA at their request and despite their promises to get back to me within “2 days or less” I have heard nothing from them. I am extremely disappointed at the way this is being handled.

Very disappointed considering this is the first time I’ve ever had issues and the company wouldn’t help. Looking for new distributors.

Fedex said they delivered it but they did not. I paid for signature delivery and they have no proof it was delivered. Please try to track this down.
