Far less than happy with your customer support. Your patterned underwear have a tendency to wear far faster than solids. Your response to concerns is unsatisfactory at best

The email I received offered free shipping. My cart told me I had to buy more stuff to get free shipping. I did the chat, the customer service dude said he would get back to me in a few business days. This was an impulse buy. The impulse is gone. Sorry
