Slow shipping to time, expensive products. Poor availability, too many stock outs. Get your act together

The pouch is so low down there that it didn't touch anything, or it was so small that nothing could fit in it (If I wore them as "low cut" then they were no different than boxers, but if I pulled them up, there was nowhere for me to hang). Who has only 2" of material for a whole package? I was expecting more like 6" to hang in.

Your product was exactly what my son wanted and I was lucky enough to get in on your wonderful black Friday sale. Unfortunately, I will probably never buy from you again. The site made me download a different browser just to navigate the site. Once on it, performance was terrible. Loading took forever. Everyone asked me what your "keyhole technology" was as I was telling them about my experience. I couldn't tell them because, while you boast about it, you never say what it actually is. To top off my experience, I was charged an import fee. I probably would have bought from your site regardless of where you are based because my son really wanted them. But your ad claimed you were made in the USA. Not a good experience.

Why do you ask again I already told you and you did nothing about it

I place a large order every Black Friday to make use of your deals. There were many substitutions that were required once I ordered and the only apology you offered was a discount to be used within a week or two. Very disappointed with your customer service.
