Company makes a good product, but can’t seem to ship product in a reasonably fast pace. Sent an update that items had shipped, it was 48 hours later that they actually went out and wouldn’t arrive for well over another week.

Ordered one pair to see if I liked them. They were great. Ordered 8 pair of blk/black weekday trunks. Order went through. One day later I was told that they were out of stock. I ordered 8 pair in colors that I really didn’t want but I like the fit. That was seven days ago and the order is still unfulfilled. Now I look at the items today and my blk/blk weekday trunks in medium are now available. Go figure! I do like the product but your customer service is lacking. Don Melhado

The last set of five I bought all started tearing at the seams. I’ve told you guys about it and still no return or exchange. It’s hard to take pictures unless I put them on. And I really don’t feel like putting them on to show the wear with pictures of myself in them.

Product is nice I own 20 of them . However, I have a couple of pairs that are prematurely wearing in the thigh rub area. That disappoints me. They use smartpost for general shipping . They need to state on website at order that a siignature is required which they don’t. I had to contact USPS to get redelivered as the first attempt they never left a missed delivery note. I only knew because I tracked them . When they used FedEx direct I had shipping issues and lost product as well. Obviously ,it’s not MyPaxkages fault although it reflects back to them

These are some fantastically comfortable trunks...except for two things. 1) The bottom of the keyhole can, for decency, "worry" at the base of your gentleman's purse. When you first put them on, man oh man are they great. No problems at all. The lift you get isn't terrible either. I'm blessed to have a wife that appreciates me, but even her eyebrows waggled a little when I showed these off for the first time. But then a few hours later, I was tugging a little and feeling a little chafed in the fleshy fun bridge, as it were. Not a great way to walk around. 2) No fly. I know, some guys are beyond it and a lot of people think it's easier to just tug down the front anyway, but I've always been and always will be utilizing the fly whenever I can, so it's a real inconvenience and awkward second or two futilely grasping at a flap that isn't there. I like these well enough, and will keep them around, but in my search for an underwear to aid in long term wear to keep everything separated down under, despite the price tag being helpful here, I have to stick with Saxx. I've tried MyPakage, 2UNDR, Eletrunks, Sheath, and Saxx are still the most comfortable (so much so I accidentally wore two pairs two days in a row each while I was on vacation on the beach this past week). As it stands, I'll wear the two pairs I have until they die, but I likely won't be purchasing more unless the interior design changes.
