I now own several pairs of my package. 1 pair of midnight leopard, 2 black with the coloured band and 2 from the action line. All have left me dissatisfied in one way or another. The midnight leopard is far lighter than expected, when you move you can see white underneath the pattern giving it a cheap worn look (at least to me). The black ones seem to be holding out the best but I wish they wouldn't ride up the leg. (Lotta crouching to standing at my job). Action line I'm most dissatisfied with I accidentally washed them on cold/warm no dryer and now they do not fit right (the other lines came out just fine) the pouch is now quite uncomfortable and ride up the back of my package. They also are white on the inside was hoping the colour would be on both sides. At the end of the day I do still like the brand and will buy more having tried Saxx. And 2UNDR. Which My Package is leaps and bounds far superior.

I have over a Dozen pairs of Boxers are indeed life changing. While browsing the site I also order shorts, shorts with leggings, and long legging Pjs. Everything that is not underwater Has been defective in some way by having holes at or near the seems. Customer service is good if you get to it with the 6 months. In my case I bought the shorts with leggings and Long Legged PJs in late spring to fill an order and save on shipping. They sat in their packaging all summer and when I opened them to wear once the weather got colder I noticed the holes. I blame myself for not checking when I got them but at the time I hadn’t experienced any quality issues. Pretty disappointed I couldn’t exchange. I will stick only buying Boxers.

The product themselves are fantastic! Super comfortable! For that I would give 4 stars (they don't seem to last well through numerous washes). Marketing 1 Star because of a recent email stating 20% off and free shipping, but it did not apply to multi-packs. The only images on the marketing email showed multi-packs and the discount text was splashed over a multi-pack. I think this may be what one would consider "bait and switch" :( Customer Service were nice to work with and offered a discount for future product, but NOT on multi-packs :(

My main complaint is the keyhole is a little shallow. The bottom should be higher/deeper. Not necessarily for junk space as much as keeping it in place. Sitting and bending lets the jewels fall out. Their better than Sheath brand, comprable to Saxx, and the front overall shape is comfortable as well as the fabric. Maybe there could be a design review. After trying literally more than a dozen styles of underwear it seems most are not sized/made for the "average" package. A dude shouldn't have to have an overly impressive package to fill all of the different package holder, separator underwear out there. I have $2 bikini pair with literally a round hole that surrounds and pushes out of the underwear your junk with essentially a flap to cover you that are the most comfortable underwear I own. And I'm not a bikini guy, but for no other reason but to seperate my junk from my legs or sitting on my nuts they work for me.

The concept is great, but these are just not working for me. The pocket seam is way too abrasive- it is just not comfortable to be situated in the pocket and walking around for any period of time. Disappointed that I am not able to return my items.
