I love the My Package product, but I had a problem with my order and they would not process a return to take care of the order. This is the last time that I will order from My Package. It too bad, because I like the product, but they do not take care of their customers!

the keyhole tech that isolates my junk is fantastic. the quality of the underwear is not. most pairs fail within 2 months, and the rest after 4. its an expensive addiction to wear these, and once i find another brand with the same front "pocket" i'll probably switch. That said, while they last they're the most comfortable pair of underwear i've ever worn

They are pilling after first wash & dry?!

Happy with the product. Shipped XXL size in a S packaging. Requested S. Shipped out correct size. Overall satisfied other than time wasted between shipments.
