Comparable pricing, easy to maneuver website, good shipping. I purchased these as a gift to myself after receiving my remission status from cancer. I am very disappointed there was a sticky tag attached to the screw back of my earrings. It was difficult to remove, almost scratching the 14 karat gold. Seeing that sticker first thing ruined my excitement when I opened the box to see these earrings. The sticky tag reading "Made in America" is what I first saw, and my first thought, instead of "how beautiful!" , was, "how do I get that tag off without scratching my gold that I just paid good money for?" I can't get that feeling back. Considered an alternative for your tags.

Not very impressed

I have not received my order and nobody’s told me why I haven’t received my order. Very concerned that I may not get it.

I keep on getting different tracking numbers. One says I’ve already received my necklace one tracking never moves and then I get a new one not a good customer experience at all so far hoping to still get my necklace.
