Not very impressed

I have not received my order and nobody’s told me why I haven’t received my order. Very concerned that I may not get it.

I keep on getting different tracking numbers. One says I’ve already received my necklace one tracking never moves and then I get a new one not a good customer experience at all so far hoping to still get my necklace.

Shipping got delayed by a week or more. The purchase I made were two different sizes and when I reached out to the company asking if anything could be done they never responded.

Still haven’t received my order or a refund
