I’m sorry, but the food was not to my liking. Vegetables were limp. Rice was hard. Proteins were good. The meals did not defrost well. Packaging was too big and clumsy. (Other meals kits share that). I appreciated their ‘open’ subscription offer, where I didn’t have to order the same amount of food each time. However, the food didn’t taste good enough to continue. One more thing: As far as the website- confusing. Customer service was lacking, and that is being nice.

It’s pretty ridiculous that you still delivered meals that were sent out nearly 2 weeks ago. I should have gotten my meals last Wednesday and they didn’t come. They said they were sent. Later I received an email saying they were never sent. I know they were because today Thursday a week later I received the meals with no dry ice and totally thawed out. That’s just disgusting and who knows how sick I could get from consuming food that’s been left room temperature for who knows how long. When I got the email yesterday that they were arriving I thought oh good they are sending me freshly made meals. I knew when they had no dry ice and all thawed out I was getting improperly refrigerated meals from last week. Don’t well me they are on a refrigerated truck. They weren’t the least bit cold. Yes the meals are very tasty but I don’t trust them anymore. I won’t be ordering anymore. If you guys need more help keeping track of stuff you might want to hire more staff. Who got written up for letting me receive possibly spoiled food?

My delivery was warm. Shipped Friday, received Tuesday. One bag of ice completely melted. Afraid to eat those 15 dinners? Please Advise
