website and phone service

food is fantastic .. however cannot contact customer service as website was not responding!! i have left four messages and stayed on the phone this morning..monday the 7th.. for 30 minutes with no one answering . i will try again later in the day .. dont know if my order was received via the website as it would not progress after entering all the foods!

Disappointing

Shipments are short, late, never arrive, or thawed. That has been my experience over my last three shipments. Totally not worth the cost. Very disappointed.

Customer service

No customer support. Emailed, blogged and even reacted to a dinner. Food has been great. 1st attempt to change meals, received double order. After a few orders, it appears billing and orders a delayed a week? Get my email to update my meals, update them although shipping order is the previous order. Previously used cook unity, very impressive ordering and website.

Would not feed this to a dog.

The food was bland and the meat stringy vegetables wet with frost unappetizing overall appearance. I have 10 more to get through. I will probably toss most. I should get a refund of at least the last shipment. I have tried these premade meals for several years, this is easily the worst of all. Disgusting. Also the giant box it arrives it with open bags of dry ice. I burned my hand not knowing they were open.
