Food arrived 2 days late and was therefore unsafe to eat. Dry ice was gone, packages leaking sauces. In addition, half of my order was missing. I ordered 13 entrees and received 6. I have ordered a lot in the past few years, and this is the first time anything like this has happened.

I have tried multiple times to reach someone in customer service to no avail. I have sent many emails as well and Im just trying to ask a very simple question but no one seems able to respond. Im pretty sure I will have to cancel my next order as this this lack of responsiveness is really unacceptable to me.

The switch to the new fulfilment provider was as much of a disaster as the website launches attempted in the past. I am on a 2 week schedule and got nothing for a month and then 3 shipments within 7 days. My freezer can't hold that much! My recent orders also contain extra items that I did not order , some of which are not even part of my plan.
