Used to be a great service, now deliveries sometimes take over a week to get. Have had multiple instances of missing/ substituted product. HORRIBLE customer service

What good is your product

What good is your product if I can’t get it? Plus, in the last 2 to 3 months, I haven’t even been able to get actual tracking information on my packages, leaving me constantly less assured and anxious and unable to rely on you. The cost I pay for this service is in part for it to be a thing of convenience. This has only come to greatly inconvenience me and cost me far more than necessary.

Not exactly what you wanted to hear!

I have had four orders through Balance. The first was missing a meal, for which I did receive a refund. The second was fine. The third had the right number of meals but one of the meals was not what I ordered. I have been charged for the fourth order over seven days ago and have not even received a shipping notice as of this review! And I have not received any response from customer service about the status. Needless to say your operations are in need of a serious overhaul. You are not only selling healthy meals, but you should be selling service and convenience. The meals themselves do compare to the ones I received from Bistro MD. However, they must not have been stored the same way because the sauces tend to break down more once cooked in the microwave. One thing that does not seem to be a problem is the constant flow of emails from both Bistro MD and Balance telling me to order more. Why not fix the current problems first? The only reason I am replying with this review is that I have received three requests to complete one.

Order delivered this morning was completely warm. Nothing frozen. However, I was credited immediately.
