Meals were not sealed properly and had to be thrown away upon arrival. I have heard nothing back from support but now I’m being asked for a review. Expensive services should at least offer good customer service.

My first two orders were short two meals. The third order never arrived. I was unable to contact anyone by phone or email. I cancelled by subscribtion.

Shittiest meals I ever tasted.

I USED TO love these meals. But my last 3 deliveries have arrived with no dry ice left in them and the meals thawed out. I emailed the company and received an automated response saying they would contact me right away. That was a week ago and no response yet. The customer service number puts you on hold for 3. 5 minutes then disconnects you, no matter how many times you call.
