Your customer service is nonexistent. No one answers the phone. The meals come defrosted and warm. your email service is delayed by 5 days. Improve your customer service.

My first two orders had 2 items missing. My 3rd order never arrived. I cancelled my subscription because I couldn't reach anyone to find out where my 3rd order was.

I was missing one meal for my first order. I have contacted customer service about this twice and not received a response.

Horrible taste, bland with no spices.

Worst food I ever tasted. I had to contact the BBB and also my credit card company as they refused to cancel and order that was 7 days from shipping claiming that “it already shipped. ” I refused the shipment as the food had been on the road from 8/12 to 8/23. I went back to Factor.
