We have been a long time customer of BistroMD where the service/support was excellent. We switched over to MyBalanceMeals and I am not sure what is going on. Two weeks we received meals which were not on our list. Two times our delivery was extremely delayed. Currently, I am still waiting on my 12/28 order to arrive which is ridiculous. I am still to receive any response from anyone in customer servicew. Something is definitely wrong with this branch of the business and I am starting to look into alternatives.

I had a problem with my last order. I sent this to customer service. Maybe the email was received. Order ID #6296
I’m John Baker the address for deliveries is 940 Martling RD, Albertville AL 35951. I receive the correct meals but eats bars were not correct. Instead of 10 chewy chocolate peanut butter I got 10 tropical beef. I would rather have had my money back or another flavor of eats bar.

Not good at all
The meals are really not good. I've had better with the frozen section in the supermarket unfortunately. I really wanted to love them. So, far I've tried 4 of the 8 I've ordered and I wouldn't order any of them again. The meals look NOTHING like the pictures.

Subjective Review
It was easy to order and delivery was fine, the box arrived when expected and the meals were still frozen. Taste, however is lacking. It’s a subjective review but for myself and my husband, we did not enjoy the meals.
