my first shipment didn’t include the apartment number so fedx kept it all weekend even though i tried to just add the unit number … arrived completely unfrozen … was nervous about eating them so i threw them away … waste of my $$$ second box i kept but it, too, arrived a day late and i had to go to my office after having eye surgery to get it … unreliable delivery is not ideal for keeping this customer … went back to Factor …
