Food is good. Customer service is terrible.

Do not like that the meals are frozen and has to be frozen. Not enough flavor don’t like that it can last for so many months make me believe some preservatives is added that’s why it can last so long in freezer

Delivered order was differen than the menu. Three choices were missing. Difficult problem in contacting service.

I don’t want meals that sit in transit for five days and arrive with no ice and mostly thawed Food. Thawed food can’t be refrozen so the meals had to be thrown away

This meal delivery service was very disappointing. Out of 4 orders, 3 were wrong. We would order 10 meals and only receive 9. Or we would receive different meals than ordered. The last order, we received 9 of the same meal even though we ordered a variety of meals. They were easy to work with to reconcile the situations though. The food was okay, not great and not bad. Just ok. An order would be placed and sometimes it wasn't delivered until 10 days later. The dry ice would be gone but the meals were still frozen even though it took so long. I would not be able to recommend this service.
