Inconsistent delivery and I can never get a hold of anyone over the phone. This made me stop the delivery.

So, as far as delivery, two out of two shipments late. So a 1 star for on time. I do like the recyclable packaging so 5 star for that. I would like to be able to order meals and snacks all at once not have to wait to submit meals in order to even see snacks so 3 stars on ordering. Overall the food is good, but to many are spicy hot or have bell peppers so 4 stars on the selection and food. There are some 5 star food selections, like the Pork Medallions and many of the Chicken dinners as well as cheesy rice and pastas.

The recipe concepts are good and should be tasty but most are consistently under-spiced. Maybe that’s intentional to appeal to a broader range of tastes, but it makes me feel less satisfied so I always add more from my own spice cabinet. The shredded meat based meals are usually a generous portion and the quality is reliably good. Whole chicken breasts or chunks are hit or miss and sometimes too rubbery to eat. I continue ordering because of the convenience and I just focus on the meals that I’m fairly sure will come out well. It took time to figure out what those are.

The snacks Are very tasty but the dinner meals are not as good. There bland, watery, and not fresh.
