Probably 3 1/2 stars. All of the meals tend to have a sameness of flavor. There is little to no change in the menu. There are no meals using shrimp which would be greatly appreciated. Once microwaved, the meals tend to be watery and difficult to plate. On the plus side, the portions are sufficient to satisfy an average appetite.

I realize my food was low sodium but it also lacked any flavor. There are other seasonings that could be added to alleviate this.

I did like the meals that I seletected, but would like more protein, I had a few with alot of freezer burn which I had to discard, as well as some that arrives with the seals broken that also had to be discarded. But overall, the meals were well balanced and the flavors were good.
