I didn't care for most of my meals. I'm trying to send your box of meals. For example, I ate three small portions of your food (it was filled with beef and in grape leaves). The vegetables were over cooked.

Some meals are very satisfying, others not at all.

Shipping service was acceptable, although paying $10 to ship meals that are already overpriced seems unfair. The meals arrived in well-insulated packaging and were still frozen. Protein portions for some meals were very small, especially some chicken meals. The pork was tough in some of the pork tenderloin meals. I had to add seasoning to most of the meals to improve the flavor.

I tried this service because I was seeking a better variety of options. The website is confusing compared to other food delivery services. Most show the delivery date when you order, not the date charged. I was sent the same meals 2 weeks in a row. Also, this service is consistently delivered late (never had that issue with the other services. My last delivery didn’t arrive until Saturday, all the dry ice had evaporated long ago so we had to throw all of the food away. Might as well have set $200 on fire. The food we have tried was good.
