The meals are very good. They are low in sodium which is important to me. However, they need to do some quality control in the shipping department. In my first order, 2 meals were not what I ordered. In my fourth order, which I received this week, all of the meals were incorrect! I was refunded for the meal cost and shipping, but I was very disappointed! Now I have to cook dinner, in 90 degree weather!

The meals are good, but I canceled to try out other services and then decide which one I like the best. I canceled the same day I received my order, which an email said I could do before the next order shipped, which I did but still received the next order. Customer service “claims” I didn’t cancel in time. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

Balance meals appear to have quality ingredients with complex recipes. However, I've been unable to finish one of the meals because they have no flavor. Something is missing. Maybe it's salt. We are going to try to eat the meals adding a little salt. If that doesn't bring out the flavor, we will discontinue the service. We expected low salt, but not the lack of flavor.
