We had higher hopes

We are finding the meat a bit tough and the seasonings are overdone. It would be better if the seasonings were packaged separately. Consequently, we are not eating them very often, and getting 8 every week or every other week is just too much.

Mediocre food

The food has no taste. Very bland. Packing was good and good size portions. Personally I will not order it again.

Food is good quality, but not very tasty.

Selection isn't huge. Taste is a little bland and even adding salt and pepper doesn't make it much better. Shipping is okay. The website is fairly easy to maneuver.

Good food, processing needs work

The food is good, the people are nice. I must say the back end processing system is frustrating. Basing current orders on the the payment date which is the week previous is confusing and some functions like skipping shipments doesn't work on my phone.

Good product but poor customer service.

Food is tastier than I expected for being frozen first and portions are great. Trouble is customer service. They need to hire more, or make it easier to change days on website. Takes 4-5 days for an email response and can't get through on phones. Also takes a week to ship which is fine as long as you are aware of it.
