A good variety of meals, small portion of vegetable's and bland. Service was excellent but confusing as Balance is supposed to be order at will but only offered weekly or biweekly delivery. I would stay with Balance, if it was just for me, but spouse was not satisfied with portion size

Most of the meals are delicious. Salmon does not work well. Also too much eggpll lol ant. It does not freeze well and is bitter I love frittatas, chicken meatballs, meatloaf and pork!

I love being able to select any meals I wish & have breakfast twice a day if I should want to.

Was needing to lower cholesterol .best I meals I have found that actually accomplishes this.food is tasty and lots to choose from

The warning on the dry ice was scary. Would prefer regular ice for packing. Don't think it arrived frozen.
