I like the new “Balance” system much better! This way I can have 2 breakfasts a day if I choose.

Packaging and shipping are fantastic! However, I have been finding quality issues with some of the meals. For example, I had to toss out the BBQ jackfruit because there were rock-like bits in the meal and a chicken entree with an odd texture. I like the variety and flavors, so I will give it a couple more weeks and see how it goes.

I'm so glad I found the food to help me continue my transition from weight loss to eating solid healthy food again.

I appreciate having more meals to choose from than are offered to me on BistroMD (low sodium). I do wish there was a way to have a shipment every THREE weeks rather than one or two. I would say the meals are good--sorta flavorless in some cases, partly because of the sodium restrictions.
