Difficult to Order From
I have subscribed to five or six different meal delivery services over the past few years and Balance is the hardest to order from. Although the meals, which come frozen, are varied and tasty, there is no way to know ahead of time which day they will arrive, The website just lists the day the order closes. Also, Several times I had a complete order in the cart And it disappeared before I was able to place it! Customer Service confirmed that this often happens and that chrome is the best browser. If Balance can improve their website, making it more user-friendly, I’d be more likely to remain a customer. Right now, I am not sure I will.
