One of the pawns has a broken head at delivery, how can that be replaced ?

Multiple delays, wrong stock values which caused the delays, product comes from India so there will not be a quick delivery. At this point your time becomes the commodity that gets wasted here. They charge you market price for slow service. I’m only giving this a 2 star because it was good quality.

I paid around $500 for this item, and unfortunately, the quality is nowhere near what I expected. In my opinion, it is not even worth $100 based on the quality received. The overall experience was very disappointing. The materials and workmanship feel extremely cheap, and the product does not match the value advertised. I am very dissatisfied with this purchase and would not recommend it based on my experience.

It’s been 4 weeks, have not received my chess set. The company took 2 weeks to send it then forgot to send customs paperwork. So it’s been sitting and a FedEx hub for another 2 weeks. Not sure if I will ever receive the chess set. Not much helpful communication between support email.
