The jackets themselves are great as always but the screen-printing on the back of them started to rub off after one day of field use.

Little trouble re charging and thru the process I pushed to hard on cylinder and it discharged. kit and shipping 70.00 poof. Re ordered Me bad.

While they did repair the neoprene around the wrists they did not repair the zippers on the ankle area. They claim to inspect the dry suit but if they did it would have been very clear that the zippers were broken. They told me it would take 4-6 weeks and it took closer to 13 weeks to do a poor repair.

Every survival suit we have is brand new (2022) since we are a new business and we have sent back 12 of them at this point for zipper repairs that take way too long to come back to us. We have 3 sent off at the moment. We have had to purchase more suits every time we send them in to replace them since we need all our suits for our business. I had contacted three different people, the reps, Instagram and finally called the head office. All they did was explain they have defective zippers (which we clearly already new) and offered no compensation or deal for us for next years purchases. We thought since it was so inconvenient they would surely help us out but nothing, just an email telling us what we already new. We have stopped buying these suits and don’t recommend them or mustang to anyone after our experience. Mustang is slow to get back to you, two times we contacted them, no offered anything or even got back to us. Not stoked on Mustang.
