Customer Service Is Awful
I sent in a vest for repair. No one contacted me. When I called back after a month they told me they lost the vest and would send a new one. At least you tried to make it right in the end, I guess. All of my dealings with customer service over the past few years have been terrible. Your products are great. Your customer service needs a lot of work. We already changed our vest over to Force6. We have been testing different dry suits… Mustang is still the best on the market but as soon as company gets close we are switching unless you fix these issues. I personally make purchases decisions for approximately 100 sets of water rescue PPE, I am a water rescue instructor and share my true stories with students looking to buy PPE. I truly hope you invest in customer service (the most important part of a business)
