Smooth and seemless!

Didn’t get a tracking number or updates the first time around, then after I inquired as to the problem, was told the item was out of stock and was offered a refund, followed shortly by another email providing a tracking number and successful delivery. Worked out fine eventually!

Pricing and Practicality Could Be Improved

The only problem I had was with the delivery. They left it after dark on my front door. If it wasn't for my neighbor that came home late and saw it picked it up and gave it to me the next day I probably wouldn't have this wonderful immersion blender.

Wish there were more available home products to choose from but overall great experience with Mueller products!
