Great steam adjutable cord great item

The kettle arrived quickly and was well packed. I was surprised/disappointed that it came from Amazon. I ordered the kettle from Mueller because I don't like to support monopolies.

The shipping box was mangled and torn open, and both of the product boxes had been opened and resealed. I probably should have received a small discount for getting returned goods. However, the products were in perfect condition, so all is well.
