The part never arrived; I still can't use the machine.

The last time I talked to customer service they were very helpful. Something happened in between I was sent the wrong part and the machine is worse than it was when I first bought it.

Over-priced and fragile. Good pouring speed, but the pieces used are incredibly brittle for being critical to use. Purchased to pour a small pad for a shed. Before even completing the first pour, the wheel axil broke. Absolute trash for a $4k USD item.

Don’t buy this to mix pool Crete. It was a waste of money. Takes on average 9-10 minutes to mix a bag of pool Crete. Have used it on three jobs. After the first job thought I was doing something wrong. Nope the mud mixer is just a terrible mixer for pool Crete. It advertises pool Crete as one of its functions but don’t waste your money. We gave up on the third job and mixed it by hand in a wheelbarrow where we were getting a bag mixed every 3-4 minutes .
