Shipping time was on point and customer service was excellent also!

Had an issue with my shipment getting delivered and then stolen. This company went far beyond what I thought was fair to make it right!! We need more companies to be like mudmixer!! Best customer service I’ve seen in a LONG time!!

The MudMixer is a product that exceeded every expectation I could have. Our first job was pouring a curb, 117 80lb bags in 2.75 hours. Clean up was easy and won't discourage anyone from doing it. 10 minutes to clean it up with a garden hose and a brush. The machine speaks for itself. The online ordering process worked well...but I wanted to talk to someone on the phone before I actually placed my order. Calling the customer service number goes to voicemail without a return call in a reasonably respectable time frame. I finally did get to speak with someone and managed to get all the information I needed. If it's a family business someone should be available to answer the phone. Disappointed to find out the machine was made in China after unpacking the machine. Packaging was above average especially considering that the Chinese are very weak in that area. The hardware blister pack delaminated in the carton during shipping. I couldn't find one of the cotter pins. I added the Hopper Extension with my order. Why? Yes why. This machine should come standard with a 3 bag hopper to begin with, not an add on part tat gets inserted into it. I can't see why anyone would burden themselves doing one bag at a time.

My wife and I are home improvement DIYer's. We received our Mud Mixer in just a few days which was way sooner than the two weeks we expected. We have used it twice now and it completely exceeds our expectations. In the past we would only do concrete if it was the only solution. With the Mud Mixer pouring concrete has become one of the easier solutions.
