Needed a new shear pin for the auger, as I lost the original one. I called to order another pin and was overnighted 2 of them (free of charge) and would not let me pay for them as I asked 3 times. Shipping alone was $129. You don’t find customer service like that. Overwhelmed by how well you treat customers. Thank you again
