The Mudmixer product and support is second to none! I had a horrible experience with UPS who lost that giant box in their warehouse. The fine people at Mudmixer helped me locate the drop point and I had to find it in their warehouse! Mudmixer refunded 100 dollars that I didn't ask for. 1 hour of assembly and it was ready to go. My first job was 105 80lb bags and only took 2 hours and 5 minutes. Learning curve was maybe 5 minutes. Absolutely amazing machine and perfect for small jobs. Thank you Mudmixer family!

I had two learning experiences with it. One you are limited on how big of a slab you can do, due to the bag concrete mix drying too fast as you are laying it. Possibly would have worked if I had help or used a slow cure concrete. Second is use only fresh bags. Any clumping from old bags of concrete will plug up the shoot and make it a pain. Once I figured it out, it works flawlessly. I am able to do many concrete projects on my ranch by myself.

Worked great to pour in an area inaccessible to a cement truck.
