Customer support never responds to emails. I received an incomplete order and have to receive a response about it. Years ago I sent a question about an order and never received a response then, either.

Paid extra for express post on my order, it was sent regular post. I sent multiple emails with no response

The products are too large/lose, I enquired about a return twice in 10 days and still no answer. Please get in touch with me.

Didn’t get them. Got something saying they had attempted to deliver and then no other attempt. No other follow up. Hoping to get my money back I guess.
