the bands wrinkled up after one wash. they look old even though they are brand new.

Nothing has arrived

I sent this email to the infor email address at Mosmann as the bamboo underwear gave me a rash. Still haven’t heard back: Hi, I have washed and worn the underwear I recently purchased from you and they have given me a rash. What are the options as both pairs have been opened and washed.

There is a problem with the order as delivered, but I cannot get any response to multiple attempts to contact your customer service team.

While the initial appearance seems to be up to Mosmann Quality, it is truly just a facade. There is no zipper, the liner is a cheap old school scratchy nylon mesh. I have to wear a swim brief under them to prevent being chafed. Not sure why Mosmann would ever put their name on these. Not too happy with this purchase
