Haven't heard back after seeking support when I didn't get the correct product.

Bad experience. Avoid.

After I ordered the Men's Bamboo briefs in the wrong sizes the first time (which I think might be a problem with your site), I couldn't return the briefs due to your return policy (understandable, but still frustrating). I immediately placed another order for the correct sizes since I loved the designs. The briefs are such a disappointment with the fit of the pouch - the most important part for a man. (I'm textbook "average") The pouch is too shallow, and there's no elastic in the leg openings. After wearing them for about an hour, the legs are stretched out, front and back. The briefs gap on the side and I end up falling out. Not very comfortable, constantly having to readjust myself. I really wanted to love these briefs - the design and details are SPOT ON. Except for the fact that they're just unwearable. I have to wonder if there was any fit testing before production.

I received my product as ordered, Whilst the look and feel is great, there is no elastic on the edges of the underwear ie.around the bottom and crotch. Is this normal for underwear? I find it odd and uncomfortable.
