No exchange on sale items. Waste of money

Poor communication, poor delivery length of time (and it wasn’t even Black Friday sale)… wrong size arrived after repeated contact. Requested a refund and have heard nothing. Avoid this brand! The product is totally flat and has no shaping for male anatomy.

Product was not delivered and no refund was given

My order said it was delivered in Australia but I gave a US address. It’s been a couple of days since I contacted customer service about it but haven’t heard anything back.
