Order Missing

My order said it was delivered in Australia but I gave a US address. It’s been a couple of days since I contacted customer service about it but haven’t heard anything back.

Whole order didn’t arrive. .

ORDER M0S#16928X Only the 2 pack came in. Nothing else. Says it was all delivered. I have a receipt for proof.

Frustrating and Unacceptable

I did not receive my package as Australia post sent the package back to Mosmann because the customs information was incorrectly filled out. I have not received an email from the support email sent last week. Extremely frustrating experience.

Briefs Terrible quality

I recently reached out for help by emailing your main contact email address and I had no reply whatsoever. The briefs I bought had to be thrown away as I had no reply. I would like to buy some of the trunks but dear they won’t be good quality either. The briefs elastic around the leg had no support and was terrible quality. I could not wear these.

Refunds/exchange

The returns/exchange process is terrible. It took a week to get the return label from when I filled out the online form. Two emails have gone unanswered. My goods have been returned but I still don’t know if I’m getting a refund or exchange. Communication is terrible!
