Poor. I never received my package. It’s marked as delivered but it wasn’t delivered to my house.

These undies are soft but terribly cut. There’s no polite way to say it but they don’t keep my lunch in.

I have purchased briefs based on the great reviews. I was very disappointed after one day of wearing them for very small pouch area which doesn’t support testicles. Only good things about them is nice, soft material.

Poor stock management. The company accepted payment for a 3-pack item that turned out to be out of stock. This should never happen. A refund was issued after follow-up, but that doesn’t excuse advertising and selling products that aren’t available. Not the level of service I would expect, and I won’t be ordering again.
