Great Product - Bad Customer Service
I have been a loyal customer of Mosmann Australia for a long time and absolutely love their products.
However, my recent experience has been really disappointing. I ordered board shorts and a pair of underwear, but only the board shorts arrived. I emailed Mosmann about the missing item and followed up again when I didn’t hear back, but it has now been over two weeks with no response.
The only contact option for order enquiries is email, which makes it even more frustrating when no one replies. I truly wish their customer service was as good as their products.
