I paid extra for express shipping with the understanding that delivery would occur within the advertised 2–3 business days. If the website states a timeframe, I believe it's reasonable to expect delivery by the end of the maximum stated period—not beyond it.
Unfortunately, my parcel arrived after 6 days, just a few hours before my departure. This caused significant inconvenience, and I’m very disappointed with the delay, especially given the additional cost I paid for expedited service.
I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and advise on any compensation or explanation for the delay.
