I’ve been asked to review my order but I have not received it.

The Mailbox is nice, however it was too big. I did not open the shipping box within the 48 hour window because my house is under construction and I was not ready to use. When I realized it was too big it was too late to return as per your return policy. This is disappointing. I am now stuck with a mailbox I can’t use. Plus you put the return shipping on the customer which is not a good business practice.

Shipping takes forever

Did not ship until I called 6 weeks after ordering.

The product itself is fine, but the service (shipping, customer service) is extremely poor and underwhelming. It took more than 1 month to ship the product and it came piece by piece. Customer service was slow to respond or help. They even initially “lost” my order. So if you want to do anything in a reasonable amount of time, I would avoid
