This box looks great and is well made. Unfortunately the locking version doesn’t meet post office standards which means they don’t have to deliver your mail. They have reached out to provide a replacement locking door but given the design you can stick your hand thru the slot and my replacement door didn’t fit due to screw placement. I’m hoping this can be fixed. I have had locking boxes before, they can be designed to accommodate USPS standards and be secure from people accessing your mail. They would be better off not to offer a locking option. Very disappointing given the investment.

I have sent three separate emails with questions, but have yet to receive a reply. It's been months, so I've given up

Low quality. Expensive. Didn't work that well and no returns.

The directions I got from your support team resulted in sending me two Mailboxes. It cost me over $100 to return to extra mailbox. You should have noticed the error on the order - it was not obvious to me on the summary when the order was placed. So, not happy about paying for return shipping.

I’ve been asked to review my order but I have not received it.
